Rekla Consulting and Learning Studios was founded by Vanessa Speigle with a vision to bring the heart of Finnish pedagogy to schools around the world. Rooted in values of equity, creativity, and learner well-being, we provide professional development, curriculum design, teacher training, and strategic school improvement services. Our mission is to help educators build student-centered and sustainable learning environments where curiosity thrives and innovation leads the way.
The name Rekla is a unique creation that represents our philosophy of re-imagining learning—a blend of research, reflection, and renewal. It symbolizes a fresh start in education, guided by deep values and a global perspective.
